Climars vision is to live in a healthy environment. That is why we aim to empower world changers (YOU!) to understand their ecological impact and to reduce it in a simple and fun way, for a sustainable lifestyle.

WHAT are the conditions for using our services?

Your account

Before you can enjoy all the functionalities of the app, you’ll have to create an account, using your email address and a password. As for any other service, you’ll need to keep this information safe, to avoid anyone else accessing our platforms and using our services in your name.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here.

You may close your account by requesting to do so via contact@climars.com.

Climars may close your account (temporarily or permanently), if we believe that your account has been used by someone else, or you are abusing our services. After all, we want to measure (y)our environmental impact in an honest and factual matter.

Let’s be clear:

you are responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

Your experience

Climars aims to provide you with your most effective and fun sustainable journey.

That being said, we are only human, and therefore can’t be responsible or reliable in situations such as (but not limited to):

any reason our site or our service is unavailable at any time
the quality of the products & services offered via Climars partners
content errors or omissions, including information about the partner or the partners products
any technical problems you may experience with our site or our service.

We do like to hear from you if any of the above happens, so we learn and improve our service. This also means (the content of) our site and service will change constantly. For the better we believe!
